What Does Experience Really Mean?

Experience. Every company says that they are experienced. They say they have been in the business for "30 years." You hear it all the time. This is only half of the story. The other half is the length of time that the actual operators have been in the business. With turnover and attrition, some operators at other companies may have been there two years or five years or six months. Even though the company touts the "experience" factor.

At Moyers Contracting, we are very proud to say that we have been in business for twenty two years and our field supervisor has been with the company for twenty years and our foreman has been with Moyers Contracting for ten years. That means that they take extreme pride in the work while representing Moyers and themselves. We chalk every line so that it is truly straight. We tape off our lines to catch over spray to give the line that crisp look that Moyers Contracting is known for. When making custom signs and other welding projects we grind all welds so that they are smooth.

Think about it from your perspective; would you want a company with "30 years experience" who might send an operator with two or three years on the job or would you want the true experience that Moyers Contracting brings?

Our employees have a vested interest in the success of the company. If the company does well, they do well. That means that no matter what size job you hire us to do, it will be done with real pride and real integrity and real experience.

If you need your parking lot striped or any other parking lot maintenance project such as seal coating, signage, bumper curb, pipe bollards, or barricades, Moyers Contracting can get the job completed for you.
